The technicians are great, but it ends there!The office, manager and sales team leave a lot to be desired. They will try to pressure you with scare tactics and aggressive sales practices. Then when you decline service, still send people out so they can bill you, all based off your “agreement” from years earlier they think it means do what they want, when they want. We have used them for a few years, there weren’t many issues in the beginning. It will take some demanding to get someone back out but eventually they do come. They are more expensive than most other companies in the area, however, they’re the only one authorized to service a Taexx System. Save your money, and choose another provider!
I called initially after having earwigs in our bathrooms, brown recluse spiders in our garage, and roaches in our bathroom. I used their services from May-December and our problem was never resolved. When I would show the technician pictures of a brown recluse in our garage I found in September or the roaches I continued to find in my bathroom he told us "they really like clutter" and did nothing to try and help us just sprayed what he had in the past (which clearly wasn't working) and left. Overall I feel the spray used did not work as it didn't even kill the spiders we were seeing. However, the manager is very nice and did give us October-December free. She did her best to solve the problems we were having and had good customer service skills. However, I would not recommend if you are having issues with spiders or roaches.
The HomeTeam Pest Control team are so professional and helpful from scheduling to delivering service. I was a customer for 8 years for my previous home and when I moved, I immediately set up service for my new home, almost 3 years ago.
When we moved to New Mexico we were wary of having to deal with scorpions so we chose to utilize regular preventative treatments. We have had the same tech service our home every 3 months, for almost 3 years now - Aaron. He is reliable, responsible, kind and our dog loves him. Last year we also added the mosquito treatment which helps a great deal during the summer. Very happy with the service.
I’m very pleased with Home Team Pest Defense. The technicians are always willing to go above and beyond to take care of any issues. He sprayed extra when I pointed out a large centipede in our courtyard area. And the day after he sprayed our exterior, there was a dead Black Widow Spider in our dog run area. I am really glad that their spray exterminated it before my dogs got to it.
