I recently had the pleasure of working with Josh from Organic Pest Control NM, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. He was punctual, respectful of my home, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was doing. Josh provided excellent pest control and made sure every detail was addressed.The professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. I ove this company. The first time Chris came out and got rid of my wasp nest. He was so kind and informed me about the type of wasps that I had and got rid of them. He also sprayed my eaves and the enclosed area above my front door to make sure they wouldn't come back. Then yesterday, Josh came out because I had a mouse under my kitchen sink and he put boxes in the areas that I showed him outside and also under my sink and in another area of my house. He was so helpful and made sure my dog was safe and couldn't get to the boxes in the house or outside. I will continue to use this company. They are amazing and both Josh and Chris great. You can't go wrong with this company or either of these two great men.
Fantastic experience. Nick came out and did a thorough inspection, set my mind at ease, and clearly explained what we had going on and what was to be expected. This company went above and beyond in the treatment and completely took care of our issue. I am so grateful we went with Organic Pest Control. Furthermore, we had a couple other quotes and the inspectors tried to push a much more expensive option that in hindsight was not necessary. Don’t hesitate to call this company as they will be honest and helpful - making sure you get a resolution to whatever pest issue you are experiencing. 5 STARS
Josh was communicative, friendly, and professional. The price is right with no contract or hidden fees. Follow up appointments are explained concisely and thoroughly if needed. My dogs are nervous around people and Josh was kind enough to give them some treats so they felt more comfortable. He was in and out in 20 minutes after spraying the entire perimeter and eating areas. Would definitely use again.
Organic Pest Control is a top-notch company from the time the appointment was set to the actual service call. Everyone is professional, efficient, and friendly. Josh was the technician who came to the home and he did an excellent job and a great communicator as well! I love the fact the spray is organic for the people and pets in the home!!Thank you!!
