I started with T. Nolen for termite and bed bug control when I initially set up quarterly service. I honestly did not think the outside service would make much a difference and considered cancelling the service in the future. However, there was immediate and SIGNIFICANT improvement in pest control, and especially noticed with a decrease in black widows. I have been more than satisfied with services received from T. Nolen, and technician Darrell, who is always quite courteous and respectful. It has been 3 years since signing up for service and I plan to keep the services indefinitely.
Adam and Tony came to our house on a Saturday to complete a termite spot treatment. They worked together as a great team and completed the work above my expectations. Darrell, our Truly Nolan service guy, is THE BEST! He is friendly, kind, and respectful. He has been coming to my home for five or more years. I appreciate the extermination services he provides both inside and outside of my home. If any insects appear between regularly scheduled services I just call Darrell and he comes to take care of my issue in a few days. Darrell is an asset to the company.
Tony came out today to help with Pest control at the house. The first stages were completed. Tony was great and professional. We will see how things turn out over the next couple of months to see if the mitigation was successful
