Excellent service at a fair price—I highly recommend Ray's Pest Control!
I had a very disappointing experience with Ray’s. They came out to inspect my mother’s home and told her she had termites, carpenter ants, and rodents. The quote was $2,000, which was a lot for her since she’s on a fixed income. When she mentioned that, they immediately dropped the price by $500 — which seemed suspicious. The next day, Ray’s called to say they were “on the way,” even though she never agreed to the service. When she said she wanted a second opinion, they became very pushy and even angry with her.Another pest control company came out afterward and confirmed there were no termites, carpenter ants, or rodents — only some regular ants and a few geckos in the garage. The technician even said he’d love to sell her treatments, but she simply didn’t need them.Either Ray’s misdiagnosed the problem or they were trying to take advantage of an elderly woman. Either way, it’s really disappointing and concerning.
