I had something that I wanted an exterminator to look at, and I called several businesses in the area; Levi came the same day and gave me the best, most forthcoming recommendation outright - even though it ultimately got him less money. Other businesses would just have taken advantage of me for a non-existent problem and tried to up-charge me for anything they could get. Levi was straightforward, addressed my concerns with several options, and provided critical insights that helped us make the best decision for our property. Levi is awesome and knows his stuff. He came to a previous rental property that we had which became infested with rats after the floor opened up. He had them packing immediately, with minimal smell and clean up. He came on time ready for business. He is a great communicator and always explained exactly what he was doing, why, and what the expected outcome should be. Levi the owner is fantastic! I recommend him to everyone I know. We hired him when we moved into our new house. The house is in an old neighborhood. The dead bugs that showed up after our first treatment was incredible. We didn't realize we had that many bugs. His service is timely, professional and it works.
