First, John called when he was on his way and provided his estimated arrival time. Upon arrival and during service, I noticed it took longer than in the past. He took the time (in the cold mind you!) to explain everything he did and how it would benefit me moving forward. Great customer service.

Excellent service. The technician called a day ahead to let me know he was coming, he called as he was on way to the house, and he greeted me at the door. He took care of the bait stations and then put on booties and checked my house on the interior, he was kind and courteous and cordial. I highly recommend.
I want you to know that Jeff has been my technician for at least 5 years. He is the best ever. He never fails to enter my home with a happy smile on his face and happy greetings. Jeff informs me about what he is doing and why it needs to be done. He always asks if I have concerns or problems that he can take care of for me.I love that he has a little time just to chat with me and always leaves me with a smile on my face .Jeff is a one in 1 million technician. If I could rate this company zero stars; I would. Where do I start?I’ll start with the carpet beetle issue. we now have a carpet beetle problem (we did not previously have this issue under another pest company) that this company has failed to treat and shown absolutely no care for. I’ve called with the issue several times and do no get phone calls returned. I did finally get in touch with one manager one time but the treatment was still ineffective. I’ve since called with no guarantee or answers on resolution.Next - we have a drain fly issue as well. When the service technician comes out, I’ve asked him to treat and he tells me I need to call to make an appointment for him to come in and for me to get drain-o and pour it down the drains. First, I’m paying this company to treat abs they won’t, second , I did do the drain O and still have the issue.Third - their mosquito “solution” does not work one bitFourth - their communication is terrible. The technician never let us know that our termite stations needed to be replaced. It wasn’t until I called to figure out how to get online access to a portal set up that I realized we had needed those fixed for over a year. The technician never articulated.I’ve seen more bugs in my house than ever while using this company (drain flys, carpet beetles, spiders , etc) & I can confirm we are clean & clean our house daily so it is not an”us” problem.I cannot warn anyone enough - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYPhotos attached of where I found the carpet beetles nesting…. In between my couches & in the expensive wool carpet I owned. This company should have offered to pay for the new carpet I had to purchased and the professional cleaning my couch required
