They take great care not to make a mess inside or outside and do a good job of keeping things under control on our 5 acres in rural southwest Austin. This is our second great experience with Bullwark. The tech that helped us this time, Jonathan R., really went above and beyond to take great care of us. From the start, he communicated clearly about his arrival time, he was super knowledgeable and enthusiastic about identifying and addressing our issue. He was also really clean and respectful of our home and yard. I’m grateful for the care and service we received. Lastly, regarding price, I appreciate that Bullwark gives you a clear, up front price when you call. I called a couple other places “doing my due diligence” and they would only tell me what it cost to have the tech come inspect the property. Bullwark gave me a clear up, front price for the visit and treatment over the phone after asking my home’s SF, and that made me feel safe and confident going with them. There were no surprises, except for how pleasant and nice working with Jonathan was during a stressful event (rodents in the attic)!
Fabian did an excellent job! His communication was great, even though I wasn’t home. He sent pictures of anything he found, like ant mounds and wasp nests, and kept me updated throughout the process. He explained what he was going to do around the house and even asked if I had any specific concerns before getting started. Really professional and thorough service—I highly recommend!
