I’ve used several pest companies over the years and this has been by far the best experience. I never get upselled or pressured into anything I don’t need and they’re very responsive whenever I have a new issue. The technicians are always courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. In particular, Payton helped tremendously with some mice in our shed and garage. He worked with me to make sure whatever control measures we used were safe for my dog and kids and I appreciated his knowledge and expertise!I also appreciate that this company provides a military discount and even a neighborhood discount if they already serve customers in your area.Of particular note - and maybe the most important - they called me one day because their technician in my neighborhood hadn’t seen my elderly neighbor upon their last visit and wasn’t able to contact him. They were concerned for his welfare as he had been sick recently. He ended up being fine but I was very touched by their personal concern and follow up. This feels like a real local company with good community/family values.
I called early in the afternoon and there were able to have a team at my home same day. Tim and Adam were extremely kind, thorough, and helpful. I’m beyond grateful to them for their help and how they explained everything they did and as they did everything. They went above and beyond down to a treat for the pup. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs any of their services.
We’ve been with Vertex Pest Control for close to 10 years, and their customer service has consistently been excellent. They are responsive, easy to communicate with, and always quick to address any concerns.Our current technician, Adam, is outstanding. He is incredibly kind, professional, and thorough every time he services our home. In the past, we had issues with other technicians not closing our gates properly, which unfortunately led to our dogs getting out. Since Adam has been servicing our home, that has never happened again. He is attentive to detail and clearly takes pride in doing the job right.We truly appreciate the reliability and care Vertex provides, and especially the peace of mind Adam gives us. Highly recommend!
We love everything about Vertex. Their service is excellent, thorough, and always on schedule! Our tech, Melody, is wicked smart, beyond knowledgeable, kind, professional, and our dog’s favorite. ;)The value for all they provide is unparalleled. Their scheduling notifications are helpful, timely, and I love the option to reach out multiple ways if you happen to have an issue between services.We typically have other companies come to the door a few times a year to ask if we would consider changing, and it’s always a hard (but nicely-worded) :) pass. We will never leave Vertex. :)
