I am very impressed with Wild West Pet Control. It started right away with their receptionist. Heidi heard what I needed, explained the services available, didn't try and oversell me on services I didn't need and scheduled me right away. Scott came out, addressed my rodent problem, explained what he found and what he did to fix it. He also gave me a great suggestion on how I could repair a problem with my garage door weather stripping that garage door repair people I had called in the past never mentioned. I was really wowed by these people; straight forward, skilled, knowledgeable, helpful and NICE!!!! I recommend Wild West Pest Control 200 % (no that's not a typo).
We’ve been using Wild West Pest Control for about two years, and their customer service has always been great. They’re friendly, professional, and very quick to respond whenever we need help.However, we still deal with pests returning not long after treatments, which has been frustrating. We do live in Kuna and I’ve never used another Pest Control company to compare so I’m not sure if this is normal. I was also disappointed about the clover mite issue—we paid a lot extra for treatment that was supposed to get rid of them, but they never went away, and later we learned they typically can’t be fully eliminated during that time of year.Overall, they’re wonderful to work with, I wish the results were more consistent.
