Excellent! Cleared up the “issue” & then worked hard to ensure the “issue” didn’t return. Ehrlich staff were professional ninjas arriving to check traps swiftly & discreetly then leaving as quickly & quietly as they arrived. Ehrlich employs quality humans, they were aware of the staff’s rodent phobia and took the time to allow us to view the traps before placing in workstations, then remained on site to ensure staff was comfortable with the placements & follow up plans. Very kind & reassuring, went way above & beyond to soothe staff’s anxiety. Will definitely use Ehrlich again for any additional “issues” in the Blair Park Rd office building. Worth every penny, would have paid 5 x more for the highest level of customer service the Ehrlich team provided .

We have used Ehrlich for the past 1.5 years and have been very happy with their service.Our favorite technician is Traver! It’s always so good to see him. Every time he comes to our house he is very thorough - taking the time to inspect and treat everything and he always has the best attitude. He always has a smile on his face and is prepared for whatever task needs to be done. Even getting out the big ladder to climb up and get down an abandoned wasp nest. During a visit last fall, he was able to identify several large holes that rodents were likely entering the house through. He sealed them up and we haven’t had a problem since.. They’ve always been able to schedule us within a timely manner, and we really do trust them to help us manage our home. We highly recommend Ehrlich for pest service
