Dealing with Orkin was a very frustrating experience. We had used them for years through our strata but noticed a decline in quality of service for the last couple of years. Last year we experienced an uptick of rat activity. We let the technician know when he was onsite, but nothing changed after 1-2 months. We then followed up and called the office and spoke to the receptionist when we found out that there was no bait being put in the boxes on our property. She said she would let the technician know and that they would get back to us. We called two more times and nothing changed. We then sent three emails from our strata and two from our property manager. No response to any emails. They have still left their bait boxes on our property and haven't picked them up in 6 months despite multiple attempts to contact them.
Trevor the Orkin Technician is AMAZING! He’s efficient, professional and friendly. He’s very competent and schedules you at the earliest time available. Very satisfied with his work.
They told us they were gonna use poison in our traps and I come to find that they never used it. When brought up with receptionist they said a manager was going to call me. He called me asking about the situation and said he was gonna look into it and give me a call back in the next couple days. 2 weeks went by and I never got a phone call. I called again and he gave me a bunch of excuses. Told me I would get a reimbursement for a couple months and never got one. CALLED AGAIN and got more excuses. Finally was able to cancel the service. This business doesn’t care at all about their customers and have no customer service.
