We had an after hours call for our strata unit and the first company didn’t answer multiple calls even though they claimed to have 24hr service. Ridall answered the call immediately and sent a technician while their dispatch called me for more details.Omar arrived and like a seasoned vet handled the wasp nest that broke through our ceiling while we ate dinner. 90min later everything was cleaned up, no wasps, no nest and Omar went off into the sunset.Thank you to Omar and the gentleman on the dispatch line. 10/10 service and helped our family get back into our home.
Erick and Timothy from RidAll Pest Control are wonderful. They are very kind, understanding, professional and very knowledgeable. I have had other pest control companies over the years come to deal with my rodent issue and these two are the first people that I have faith in that they can help me and will do their best. They genuinely seem to care about my situation and this means a lot to me. When Erick first came, he very thoroughly inspected the property before he came up with the action plan. Both Timothy and Erick came back to do a new process they have and they had excellent communication. They took the time so I could have a very clear understanding of what to expect. I highly recommend Erick and Timothy based on my experiences. I took off one star because although the technicians in the field are great, I have not been 100% happy with the office staff. There was a mix up with which treatment was to be done first and I wasn't happy about that --which was not what I signed up for. When I told office I wasn't happy about that I was dismissed as if I made no sense. Erick and Timothy explained in a more logical way why it was still valuable to have the treatments done in the order that occurred. My point is that valuable or not, that was not what I asked for but I've let that go now. The office staff can seem a bit abrupt and I don't like if I call I have to be on edge and rushed. I've noticed other past posts speaking about this as well. I will stay on with Ridall though because I really like the technicians and that's what is most important to me. Any problems, Timothy, and I'm calling you! :)
