Discovered mice in our home so called our pest company who were too busy to respond so we contacted Absolute Pest Control. Spoke with them and was advised I would receive a call from their contractor within 2 hours. Got the call and they were able to respond within two days. Ken arrived on time, explained everything as he went thru setting traps and provided advice for us going forward. Very professional, courteous and left us feeling very comfortable that we were on top of our issue. Highly recommend them.
Unfortunately I have had opportunity to use several exterminator companies in the past 20 years. Absolute is the most professional I have had the pleasure to use! Conrad was helpful, reassuring, and did not try to tell me things I knew were not true and thereby upsell me. Hopefully we have solved the problem, but if not, I will call them again.
