We have used Peregrine twice for pest management and I would give them ten stars if I could for their quality work and amazing customer service.For the first job, they helped us prevent squirrels from romping around in our attic. They diagnosed the issue, identified problematic spots in our house, and sealed off openings. The service was fast, friendly and affordable.For the second job, we hired them to clear out a pigeon infestation on our roof. They came out once and we discovered afterward that there was still debris left. I was preparing to have an unpleasant exchange and expecting them to try to charge us more to finish the job, but they surprised me with exceptional customer service by apologizing and coming back to finish the work at no additional cost. They went above and beyond to power wash our siding and deck to clean up debris, as well as our neighbour's siding that got dirty during our cleanup.I really appreciated how professionally they handled the situation. They owned their mistake and took responsibility for completing the job properly. It was so refreshing to work with a company that has standout customer service like this. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them for any job.
We’re very happy with the services we’ve received from Peregrine. After being ignored by 2 other pest control companies, Cathy, the service representative responded to my enquiry within minutes. She took time to answer our questions, explain things, and bent over backwards to accommodate us. Once our appointment was made, the technician showed up on time and was respectful and professional. It was good as an experience dealing with uninvited critters can be.
Wow!!! We called Peregine because we hoped they would be able to help us with a mice problem we were having. Ken showed up early, and walked through the front door ready to go! He was clean, dressed for business, and full of knowledge about mice that we never knew. We were so thrilled with how thorough Ken was. Had a great experience with Peregrine Pest Control. From the friendly opening call with Cathy to our technician Jordan they were friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. They were honest and transparent and didn’t over promise, but gave us a reasonable expectation of what they could do to control our box elder bugs.
We have been very happy with the service from Peregrine Pest Control. We moved into a new home in the west of the city and inherited a mouse/vole infestation which was quite significant. After a few visits we seem to have finally controlled the problem. We also needed to have some bird spikes installed in a couple of places. We have worked with another large pest control company in the past and their service does not compare. What impresses us about Peregrine is they take the time to explain what is causing the problem and how to fix it. And they actually show up exactly on time. Real customer service - they actually communicate with you (honestly). They do not just drop off some boxes and disappear. We made some other changes in the yard and I think we are now in a good place. We have had Adam and Garrett and they have both been amazing.
