Sonia, the tech that serviced my home, is fantastic. Above and beyond service, very friendly, and professional. The office, on the other hand, there have been many times where a tech will reach out to let me know that they are on the way or they just show up without any sort of advance notification from the office. Then, I discovered today I was double charged my quarterly service fee. I had to reach out to them to get a credited back. If I had not been looking at my bank account by chance today, I would’ve never known that they double charged me! They just seem a bit disorganized, which hasn’t always been the case. I’m not sure why all of a sudden it’s gotten like this after I’ve used them for several years. I may have to take my business elsewhere if things don’t improve. Hopefully, 2026 is better for them. Despite all this, because of Sonia, I am giving a five star rating. The techs get a little incentive when they are rated five stars, but I am seeing that I am rating the company itself. Right now, the way things have been as of late, I would probably give them three stars.
Sonya,She is great at what she does most of all she cares about giving the best treatment to satisfy her customers needs. This is what I experienced when we had our first conversation over the phone. She wanted to get down to the root cause of the problem with germane issues that seen to be impossible to get rid of,however since she has been on site to service our needs, I must commend her on a job well done for her dedication and determination to take care of the issue. Her attitude and determination is very pleasant and one that will score high every time.
Sonya is amazing!!! She is hands down one of the best professionals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Kind, generous, personable and sincere. It was obvious from the first five minutes that we were going to get great care.
