Fast and efficient response and service!After buying a home that was unattended for a few months bugs are a major problem. Within 24 hours of reaching out to Vinx someone reached out to help. Staff was kind and quick to reply to address my concerns. They were willing to having someone sent to my home the very next day!Austin was the team member that serviced my home today and was very kind and helpful. He informed me of service provided by the company and also let me know I would see a few more bugs for the next few weeks as a part of the process. Well he was spot on with that statement and before leaving two came out and he made sure to kill and remove them before leaving today. Going above and beyond by even moving the refrigerator to get said bug.I couldn’t be happier with the service provided and look forward to working with the Vinx team in the future!
High-pressure sales tactics are used both in the beginning to get you. They lock you in by saying you will have to pay back $300 if you end the contract early. I needed a new pest control service, so I thought I would give them a try. I quickly regretted that decision. While the pest control service seems okay, they continue to sell additional services. Their free inspection was really a smokescreen to sell us over $13,000 in repairs and services. We agreed to a few things we needed, for example, a new door sweep and a new garage door seal, which was a big mistake. We were not given a chance to choose the color or style of the door sweep. The technician botched the first attempt at installing it and left a very sharp metal end sticking out at the edge of the door. He struggled to install the garage door seal. After installation, the gap at the bottom of the garage door is larger than it was before. I cannot until this nightmare is over.
Our technicians are always very professional and thorough. We needed additional service for interior spray in addition to our quarterly services and they were quick and easy to set up and very pleased with Jack. He was efficient, communicative on when to expect him to the house and re-iterated the work that was done and took the time to ask if there were any additional questions or services required while he was there. Happy to recommend Vinx to anyone looking for pest control in the Charleaton area!
