I called the 3rd of November and Drew was at my house the next day.He was very knowledgeable about my situation and made sure to tell me everything I would need to know about the pests, what he would be doing and what would happen from there on out. He left no stone unturned. I had another pest control company come the previous day and needles to say I did not go with their services!! Jay was very transparent, explained everything very clearly and without exaggerating the problem or up-selling, and did a great job at a fair price.
