Just had a grt conversation wth Kimberly at Economy Exterminators concerning my account since becoming a customer bak n the summer of 2025. Had several changes that they weren't aware of n she handled it like a pro!! She understood the conversation n took necessary actions 2 get me caught up wth the service 4 the nu yr 2026. Since becoming a customer, they're very good n wht they do n especially the care n concern 4 our Furbabies that reside wth us n their utilization of our bakyard..which is extremely important n wht they use n how animal friendly their pesticides r. Thk u again 4 being sooooo kind 2day. Nice 2 know this office person was displaying the same professionalism as their technicians that come 2 our home.
Miss Kylie was such a pleasure!! Not only was she professional and courteous, she was very sympathetic towards my plight of breaking my arm and not having the funds. When she contacted me to let me know my appointment was scheduled in january, she remembered me and asked about my arm which I was thoroughly impressed with. She worked with me about getting my service delayed until I could get back on my feet. What a sweet, kind young lady!!! The customer service on this was more than a ten!
I really like using Economy Exterminators they are efficient and effective. They helped get rid of my insect issues previously. But for personal reasons I had to stop using them for about a year. But now that I'm in a position to start up again I called them back for their services. They customer service is great when I called I spoke with Kylie. And the individuals that came to my home to spray were knowledgeable. The price is fair and affordable for my budget. If any needs an exterminator I will certainly refer them.
