Josh is always so great at communicating what he is doing, what he finds and if any issues are brought up, he is quick to find a solution. I always have a lot of questions for him and he takes his time to answer any questions I may have! I highly recommend Josh!

I wrote a negative review based on my recent experience and I got an email saying there was a response from the owner but now I see that they have removed my entire review instead. This is what happened; I called them for pest services and they promised a fast response on the following initial services; setting up mouse traps/bait, filling gaps and holes where mice come into the building, and a follow up visit 7 days after setting up the traps to remove any dead rodents. The man scheduling said he could schedule my appointment for a specific time. That is a lie. They schedule a "window." It didn't matter anyways because the tech was a no call/no show for my appointment window. I called the company and canceled my service, I can't take time off of work to wait around for people who don't show up. The person on the phone "put a 75 dollar credit on my account" if I changed my mind and rescheduled. After I hung up with her, the technician called. He said he had been double booked and no one told him I needed a specific time. He said he absolutely could show up at the right time on the following Monday if I decided to give them another shot. I said ok, I guess I have a 75 dollar account credit which is helpful. He did arrive when he said he would the following Monday. They set traps/bait and told me he didn't have the materials to perform the rest of the initial service. I asked why they were still scheduling appointments if this was the case, and he said someone from the main company should have explained to me that he didn't have the materials. A week later, no one showed up to check the traps. I called the main company and found out that not only was I not on the schedule, there were no notes to reschedule me at all and no credit on my account. I complained and the lady I spoke to assured me that a manager and someone from scheduling would reach out to me by the end of the day. It is now a month later and no one has called, no one checked the traps or completed the job. I sure as heck was BILLED FOR THE ENTIRE INITIAL COST THOUGH. Almost 500 dollars later and do you know how many mice the fancy traps caught? One mouse. ONE MOUSE (because I emptied them myself). I called the headquarters again because you can't get through to the local technicians and got the same "we're so sorry" story and "I've taken notes for your account, I don't know why this is happening, this isn't how we do business" for the second time. Once again, no one has returned my calls and they are still charging me almost 500 dollars for imaginary services I didn't receive. This is a predatory business who makes fraudulent claims and after reading reviews I see that I'm not the first person this has happened to. Avoid, avoid, AVOID or you will lose 500 bucks and get looped into the same conversation like it's groundhog day. "So sorry, I can't help you but maybe a manager will call you back! Sorry!" Honestly, I don't know how the state attorney general who deals with consumer protections isn't getting involved based on all of the reviews.

I went with this company because I’ve had bad experiences with local contractors here in Cheyenne and I thought having a national company providing support would be good. Unfortunately, it has been nothing but problems and a lack of communication from the get go. I regret hiring this company. The local technicians who come to your house are good enough but they don’t have the materials to complete the job and the corporate people won’t communicate with them. When you call to set up services they will promise you everything under the sun and falsely claim they can work around your schedule. Almost 500 bucks later all of the traps that were set have caught exactly one mouse and I didn’t receive the other half of the initial services I paid for and I have definitely been billed. When you call to try to talk to someone about missed appointments (they just don’t show up) you can’t get through to anyone and when you do, you get the corporate-speak run around. I was promised a 75.00 dollar credit because the technician was double booked and completely missed my appointment but lo and behold I have been charged the full amount. I was promised a “call-back” from a manager by the “end of the day” and it’s been two weeks since I heard anything. I have no idea if they’re coming back to finish up the services I was billed for or even check any of the traps. I really do believe their corporate structure is a scam and I will be reporting the company to the BBB and our state AG office.

Lonny was great! He came out for some wasps that we had and found another active nest that we didn’t know about. He took care of them for us and sprayed the foundation to prevent any other insects coming in! The service was fast and efficient! Definitely recommend!

Frequently Asked Questions

Typical services address ants, spiders, rodents, wasps, cockroaches, and other common local pests. Availability of specialized treatments may vary by season and site conditions. An inspection will confirm the best approach. Ask about options for ongoing maintenance if you experience repeat activity.

Support is available 24 hours, and appointments are booked based on technician availability. Many non-urgent visits can be scheduled within standard business days. Peak seasons may require additional lead time.

A technician will inspect problem areas, identify likely sources and entry points, and recommend a treatment plan. They will explain product use, access needs, and any preparation steps. You will receive guidance on prevention and suggested follow-up if needed.

Technicians use labeled products and application methods suited to the setting. They will outline precautions such as temporary area restrictions or ventilation. If you have sensitivities or concerns, discuss them during scheduling so the plan can be adjusted.

Both options are typically available. One-time treatments address immediate issues, while maintenance plans focus on monitoring and prevention. Your technician can recommend a schedule based on the property and pest pressure.
