Raymond was on time, very courteous, and addressed all of my concerns. He gave specific direction regarding the safety of our new puppy as well. Once finished, he thoroughly explained all that he completed and indicated a 3 week follow up to measure progress. Excellent service this morning.
He was nice and polite But it snowed that day he came and didn’t put on shoe booties until I said something after he finished in the attic, he took The shoe booties off and still trackedSnow through my home.Also it was a very fast inspection. It was hard to believe he looked at the entire attic. He went in the attic and came back down in about 3 minutes? Not very satisfied.
Raymond always does an amazing job. Very thorough in his work—he didn’t rush and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Courteous and well-mannered asks before entering into a room. Always respectful of our home wore shoe covers. Outstanding service from him, and I will absolutely schedule with him again. Highly recommended!
