Rose Pest came out quickly and Brenda went straight to work identifying the entry point where mice/rats were accessing my garage. She did an amazing and fast job sealing the hole and setting traps. Within 4 hours of Brenda’s work, rat was in the trap. Very grateful to have this service in Chicago to deal with this issue and keep our homes pest free!
Do not use this service. I signed up for the monthly service. I had ants, they came out and helped but the ants came back 2 weeks later. When I called to have someone come back out, I assumed they would come out immediately but the earliest was 3 days later. You can't wait 3 days when you have ants all over your house.
Ron at Rose Pest Control was great! Always courteous, on time and texted if he needed to get into a certain area. We moved out of the neighborhood or we would have continued our services with them!
I called Rose pest solution due to a roach problem. They were at my place the next day. The tech, Henry, started the mitigation process. He did an excellent job. Every time I have needed additional help he comes out to work on the issue. I am grateful for the speed and efficiency of the company. I highly recommend you use Rose Pest Solutions.
I'll start by saying all of the service technicians and most of the managers were quite kind and responsive. Unfortunately, the sales rep oversold what they could accomplish. He implied that the clothing moth issue would be easily resolved and spoke of all these treatments that would be provided. However the first technician did not come with all of these products and when I tried to reach the rep he was unavailable and never returned my calls. His bosses were easy to deal with but after five months the situation has not been resolved. Don't promise something you cannot deliver. I would not recommend.
