John is always great and very thorough when he does the inspection! I told him when he first started on my route. I was amazed at how good he was. I’ve been with Terminix forever, and this guy is the best I’ve ever had and I’m very sad but happy for him that he got a promotion, but he isn’t gonna be my tech anymore and I don’t know whether they’re all ever be one as good as he was I hate to say hopefully I’m wrong. I have been with Terminix. It seems forever in different locations and when I say he is the best I mean what I say!! Expendable
Out tech John Branscum is excellent! He always contacts us before our appointment to confirm that the date and time works for us. He remembers our work schedule is odd and wants to find a good time. He explains everything he's going to do and answers all our questions. He is VERY knowledgeable about his job and answers all of our questions very thoroughly. He is very, very friendly and chatty. I have yet to have a question he cannot answer. He is amazing m! 11/10 definitely recommend!
What an absolutely sorry company.They came out to remove a hornets nest, assessed the situation, said they would need to come back with help, charged my card, and didn't come back until 2 weeks later when I started a charge back on my card. Proceeded to do an absolute half donkey job.
