Called for an issue with insects trying to find their way in when it got cold (spiders and ants) Epcon had the best prices for the first visit plus the monthly contract. They covered insects treatment, inspection and preventative procedures like putting a rodent trap near my outside AC unit. That prevents them from chewing wires. And I like that they have a quarterly visit plus free visits if n weed in between. The results after the first visit were immediate. Happy to have hired them and recommend them.

I have had a subscription with Epcon Lane for a couple of years now and it has been wonderful. I initially contacted them because I had mice which they took care of and I’ve never had mice again.They come on a regular basis to spray and to check feed stations and then, with my addition of the mosquito service, they not only come on a schedule, but whenever I call to say that I think I have more mosquitoes they come again.It’s truly a peace of mind service worth the monthly fee.

Epcon Lane and their Friendly staff not only visit us on a quarterly basis, but whenever we need them to assist with getting rid of those nasty critters. We no longer have to worry about having those pests around and can enjoy our home bug free.
Technician was on time check for entry points as I had a mice problem. 3 large holes were found under the garage door. They came back out 2 weeks later to check for mice activity and none was found. Very happy with the services provided!
