I had conferred with other companies about a pest control issue and they gave me conflicting info and wanted to charge me very large and what seemed like unnecessary fees for an "everything but the kitchen sink" approach. Shawn was easy to schedule with, on time, and knew exactly what to investigate and how to solve the problem. He even installed a metal mesh panel in front of my attic window to prevent birds from entering in the future. And he was thoughtful to spray paint it to match my home, which went above and beyond my expectations.This summer, I didn't think twice about hiring him again after a wasp entered my living room wall through an exterior crack near my window. Again, Shawn knew what to do--and *without* having to cut into my wall and create a costly repair, which was my fear. He also did preventative caulking, and there hasn't been a recurrence.Great service that immediately eliminates the problem--and the stress.
