We’ve been dealing with a really difficult flea problem, and I can’t say enough good things about the Orkin team helping us through it. Marcelino (who’s been out three times) and Michael (one visit) have both been extremely thorough, professional, and patient in explaining what to expect with a problem like this. They clearly care about doing the job right, not just rushing through a treatment.I also want to give credit to our rep, Kevin, whose communication and responsiveness have been excellent throughout the process. Having clear, timely updates has made a frustrating situation much easier to manage.This has been a slow and challenging issue, but thanks to their combined efforts, we’re steadily making progress. I give the organ insecticide sprayer five stars! Henry was extremely knowledgeable and did a thorough job the three times he has sprayed my room. He explained the trouble about bed bugs and how to keep them away and how to back up my clothes. I would have given five stars review but the only issue I had was that after the initial inspection and spray, I was not originally informed that at least three initial springs are necessary. But overall I've had a really good experience with Orkin and they came up here four times at no extra charge!
Marcelino did an absolute fantastic job on November 11th. We had to call orkin out to my mom’s house for some issues and Marcelino showed up and was professional, very nice and extremely helpful. He walked us through everything he was doing and was never impatient or unkind with all our questions we had. We are very happy with the service we received from him.
