This service is predatory. I told the door to door salesman no, over and over and over again 18 months ago. My husband came home while I was in the middle of denying the sales man, and the sales man turned to him and finally convinced him.My husband has regretted not listening to me ever since.Their service hardly works, which granted, if everyone around you doesn't have pest control, then yours will be minimally successful, yard wise.We finally had our final service of our contract. I told them that we rent and I don't want to put more money into the house and that my husband is in the last bit of his contact here so we could move at any time.They called my landlord's realty company and told them that I wanted to transfer my account to the landlord. I did not state that I wanted my account transferred. I wanted to terminate my account and I stated that many times over. Thank god I emailed my property manager right after the phone call. I also have a great relationship with my landlord.I do not appreciate the predatory practices and will be telling everyone to stay as far away from this company as possible.
Good experience with this company so far. Always show up on time and give you a heads up before arriving. Henry did a great job and took care of the areas that need extra attention after i mentioned them.
Been using Saela for a couple years now, when we moved, they came out and sprayed our new house outside of the scheduled sprays no charge. They also have always had amazing staff. Today, Daniel came out and was super professional, answered questions, and got the job done quickly but well. Kudos to this company.
