We contracted with 1st Response when we developed a mouse problem in our basement. From the first day they arrived and strategically set bait the mice disappeared. The technicians have all been great, and Colt, who came this week to check and reset bait was the best. He took time to answer questions and identified a place where mice had been coming in from outside.

Hunter was very professional and knowledgeable. He treated areas outside, where yellow jackets were coming into my home and inside, where they were nesting in my basement. He made sure that I was aware to stay out of my basement for several days and he even taped areas around my basement door to be sure that no wayward, angry bees would get into my living area.
