I must say that Essential Pest has the best customer service and scheduling. They also use true organic products and methods compared to other companies. Zach is my tech who services Powell and he is fantastic, friendly and informative, very professional as well and took careful regard for the pets in my home.
My overall experience was not what I expected it to be. First impressions go a long way. From November to February I had an ongoing pest issue. There were a steps missed that could have resolved the issue sooner. I believe my issue was not taken seriously until Jordon came out and did a full inspection of where the mouse had traveled to. There was things that should have been addressed on the first visit that wasn’t. After Jorden shares with his manager about what he found his boss NEVER took the time to pick up the phone and apologize or talk to me about my experience and what to make it better. Email went answered the communication with front office was terrible. Hannah was dismissive and I could tell she didn’t even want to talk to me about the issue that I have been having. Didn’t even offer a simple I apologize. Even when I asked her, why should I keep the service she couldn’t even give me a good answer between the lack of being able to speak with someone is disappointing not being able to get a call. Back in a timely manner is disappointing. Communication with this company sucks. in the end, it was me who caught the mouse with my own traps, using marshmallow fluff, and a chocolate chip.Positive experience was Jordon. Jordon Came to the house did a full walk-through pulled out stove refrigerator looked in places where the mouse might have been coming in or out from. During his initial visit, we found what the mouse had been eating, droppings, etc. little things such as Wearing gloves to set traps was important because we all know mouse detects human scent. Again, the best experience throughout all it is was having Jordan come to the house. If I could give Jordan 1000 stars I would. Before the company, I would only give one star and that’s just me being nice since Brendan did find the initial entry point.. My suggestion is retraining your text on what should be done on.
