We've been Alamo customers for three years now and have consistently had a great experience. Their technicians are always professional and thorough.That said, Oscar truly went above and beyond on our most recent service. He took the time to walk me through everything he was doing, answered all of my (many) questions about home pests, and explained the treatments in real detail. He clearly knows his stuff, even down to the scientific terminology, and it showed.All of their techs have been solid over the years, but Oscar stood out as the most knowledgeable I’ve worked with. More importantly, he made sure I fully understood the process and felt completely satisfied before wrapping up.Really appreciate the level of service. Everyone I talked to at Alamo was great, courteous, professional and helpful. When Leland came out to see what was needed he was awesome. He gave me all of my opinions and took time to explain what was happening. He was so sweet and patient with me. I highly recommend Alamo to anyone who needs an exterminator. Their attitude and service far exceeded the other exterminators I contracted. They were the only one who were more interested in helping me than signing me into an expensive contract. Definitely one of a kind!

Axel did a wonderful job this morning! He was thorough and explained everything he did!! He didn't seem put out (*as others have) when I expressed a need to treat inside this time. He was polite and courteous and the experience today was above and beyond what we expected or have experienced in the past!!! Thank you so much for training him so completely! Our technician Leland Mullins made the experience hassle free. His professionalism and demeanor were paramount. He was super friendly, answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. Our only issue has been ticks and some random spiders. He worked diligently in extremely hot weather to treat our exterior and yard. He worked with our needs to ensure the safety of our pets and offered insights you can only get from a professional. Thank you Leland for the stellar service. If possible I would request his service with each visit. I recommend this company for their transparency in pricing and for the friendly service.
