I have used Berrett for pest control off and on as needed for awhile.. I prefer to use a company that is not a big national chain. That's just me. The technicians are very knowledgeable and they seem to enjoy their jobs, which is a rarity these days. I see that this company gets positive reviews. It is deserved. I have had JJ come last year.. Most recently Isiah and Tyson have been providing service to my home. They all do a good job. I recommend them. Also returning customers get a good deal. So they offer good value for good service.. I have a very, very serious roach and ant problem. They seem to really care and they are eager to help me resolve this situation. Slowly but sure we are resolving it together as a team.

We had such a great experience with Marquise at Berrett’s Pest Control. From my very first phone call with Andrew to the completion of the service, the entire process was smooth, easy, and extremely communicative.

Marquise was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was thorough, professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and immediately put us at ease about our mice situation. What felt stressful and overwhelming quickly became manageable once he walked us through the plan.

I had contacted another company before Berrett’s and was quoted over $500 just to come out for treatment. They even suggested we wait two weeks. Berrett’s came out the same day and handled the issue right away. On top of that, they treated our home for spiders, ants, and wasps as part of the initial service and monthly plan for the next four months, which I was not expecting and was very happy about.

The value, responsiveness, and overall professionalism far exceeded my expectations. It is rare to find a company that delivers this level of service from start to finish.

I would highly recommend Marquise and Berrett’s Pest Control to anyone needing help with rodents or general pest control. They truly go above and beyond.

Brian came out today to service our home and get rid of winter ants nesting in our wall (see picture). This is no exaggeration, he was absolutely incredible and above and beyond does not even begin to describe what he did for us. We have hired insect control companies before and had a person come and spray around the walls and knock down webs with a broom and leave in 30 mins with limited results. Brian got on ladders to inspect the areas outside the windows as well as the inside. He took extra time to treat some other areas of the house to prevent spread. He was careful about taking care of our home including using shoe coverings. His professionalism and customer service was amazing. When so many companies these days treat you like you are bothering them by using their service, having a professional like Brian was really refreshing. Great job!
