Michael is great. He's very thorough and takes time to explain what he's doing and why and give recommendations to questions I've had. He calls 30min before he gets here which helps me plan my time. The team behind him are also communicative and have been flexible with my scheduling when things have popped up.
I was feeling overwhelmed trying to control my mice problem on my own. Midwest was my first and last call. I appreciated the operator who took my information and quoted me a price so I knew upfront what I was looking at. Today Michael came out and found suspected access points, placed bait stations outside and in the basement and also snap traps in the places he found evidence they were coming in.
