I have been using pro staff for a year now. Keith went above and beyond with his service. Techs prior did not investigate as throughly as he did. Once he did a deep investigation and treated the area, he gave me a full run down of what he saw, or didn’t see. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable!
To be fair, I am rarely home when Pro Staff provides quarterly inspection. Today, I was home and Dusty provided the service. I always want to know what the mouse bait station looks like and he showed me and told me how he would fill it. I appreciated that because I am a freak about mice getting into my house. Also did the outside property sweeping and dusting for bugs and spiders and he already found a few - in February! No issues since I hired Pro Staff. Dusty also told me about a dusting in my attic space to eliminate sting bugs, box elder bugs, and spider. He'll be back next week for that service. Already have had 3 stink bugs "drop in" lately. Very happy with Pro Staff and the service Dusty provided today.
Brody always does a great job. He is very detail oriented. He inspects the house and every glue trap he has said set. Brody is also very personable. He always has a smile on his face and always explains everything he’s doing. He will even tell you what is caught in every trap. Outside of the house, he’s very thorough, checking rodent traps and inspecting in and around the garage. We appreciate the great job he does. Thank you!
Randy is always very helpful with billing and getting our services set up or reschedule of something goes on. Shawn is our main tech. He always does a great and theough job checking spaces and putting boxes down where he thinks there might be issues. We had wasp really bad in an open area of the roof on our garage and our house. The techs cleaned up these areas. Where I would have normally been battling them all summer, we never saw the nest back! If there is ever an issue its addressed right away. Shawn always does a great job with all the questions my kids ask him too! Prices are very affordable especially for the thorough services provided!

The service has always been excellent, but the gentleman who came out this month was exceptionally professional.
