I had a great experience with this pest control service. Nasser, the technician who came out, was extremely professional and thorough. He carefully investigated the issue, placed bait stations where needed, and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing. He also provided helpful recommendations and prevention tips, which I really appreciated.Even when I called their office, the customer service was excellent. The lady on the phone was very friendly and took the time to explain their services and what to expect.I highly,recommend their service professional, knowledgeable, and truly customer-focused!
Precision Pest Control has been a great company. The customer service was quick and friendly. We had Nash Come to our home to install bait stations for mice. He is very thorough, educated and so very kind to our dogs and family. He respected our home and has done a fantastic job with communication, updates and pictures when needed. I made the mistake of feeling sorry for one mouse over the summer and 3 months later we had a BIG problem. Add onto that the fact that our house is 100-years old with thousands of tiny holes from all the mice-past, and we had a VERY BIG problem. Nash came out every week for a couple of months, answered all of my questions, clearly communicated with us about everything he was doing, problem-solved when they got smart, and generally provided consistently excellent service. We had a fall mouse problem that slowly worsened and got really bad just before the holidays. Despite the time of year, the Precision Pest Control team (Pasha & Nash) didn't hesitate to provide urgent, top notch service at one of the most reasonable prices in the city (I phoned around prior to booking). There's a reason they have a such a high rating, before I was even a customer their kindness, care, and information provided was very helpful. Once they came and assessed the situation, it immediately provided peace of mind and a solution to the problem! Nash was always on time, very considerate in my home, and tremendously kind to my family and my young toddler who was of course curious about the situation. I absolutely recommend them for any pest control issues you're having, it's 100% worth it!
Nash has been amazing! Everything he has done for our rodent issue, Nash has patiently explained and been very transparent in the plan of action, ways to aid the success of the extermination, & what the ongoing and long term plan is.The cost is far more than fair, taking into account his weekly visits to retrap/check in, the time he has taken to communicate with me, along with plugging holes once the extermination has been fully successful.I highly recommend Precision Pest Control!
