I've lived in this complex for years and have been dealing with a persistent bed bug problem in Building B. Despite multiple treatments in September and October, including visits to my unit and my neighbors', the issue remains. It's disappointing that three services haven't solved the problem.
I would give 0 stars if possible. Contacted this company who supposedly would help me day of with a quote. Waited around all day until 3:30 with no one contacting me. Left for an hour and they happened to show up at that time. Rescheduled until the next day at 2pm. Sent a message at 3:30pm that day asking if they were coming and him replying that they're busy and have to push it another day. When I replied asking for a time to be communicated as I can't be sitting around for a 3rd straight day, he couldn't even be bothered to reply to my message. Communication is poor, lack of care for customers is poor. If anyone is looking for pest control needs I highly recommend avoiding this company.

Excellent service , very friendly. I had called them for help to remove a growing wasp nest in my backyard, were here next day , and they addressed this and removed it effectively, as well as addressed and removed 2 other areas that the wasps were accumulating. Excellent and prompt service , highly recommend.
