If I could give a zero I would. You guys didn’t come out for 4 months still took my money, didn’t come out for 3 months till I Called and was told the tech had an emergency had no emergency. I called in December to see why no one came and no answer was given to me on why a new appointment wasn’t scheduled I kept being told it was due to system transfers. Idk whatever excuse they had but gladly took my money. I was told I couldn’t cancel till after February, here we are and money was taken and I request a refund and was told no. I asked for a manager and of course I got the same “my manager is in a meeting” answer.. when I called in December that girl was rude and cussed at me. I can’t believe you make people jump through hoops to even get a service done I shouldn’t have expected less to cancel. Promise I will never return. Never recommend.
Tony showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He was patient while I moved the dogs in and out for the service. This was our first treatment for weeds and initial indoor for pests just in case. So far, I am happy with the quick service and minimal disruption to the work day.
Excellent service! The pest control technician was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered all my questions, and made sure the problem was fully addressed. I really appreciated their attention to detail and respect for my home. Thanks for coming out but the blue spray must’ve been on the maximum setting that day. The intensity of the color was a shock but not a huge deal, the spray on some of the outdoor kid toys though is what made me leave 3 stars only instead of the usual 5. I know the product is safe to be around after application but the kid toys, I’m hoping will wash off. Will come back with an update another day.
It was not sprayed to specifications. It was supposed to have all the appointed areas sprayed not just where he sees green. I'm paying for the whole lawn or area that was designated not spot spraying.
