We called them a week ago to let them know we need our basement treated for mice. We were told he'd be by today 12/30/25 to treat for mice. We reminded them and confirmed it was for mice via text on 12/29. I call at 12pm on 12/30 asking for a time frame. The receptionist said "he has a few jobs before you, he'll call when he's on his way." He didn't call. I waited all day. He showed up at 5:34pm to say he didn't have anything for mice. I told him not to come back and not to worry about it. He argued with me and told me I could have picked a time. No one ever offered that. This subscription is terrible. They just randomly show up and give a 24 hour notice. That's not good enough for some people. We will not be using your service ever again. Ill make sure I let my neighbors in Rose Creek know what your technician acted like on my front steps.
Service was good for the first 2 years we had it, but the last two times they have had to come back 3 times each to finish the job. Forgot to spray the yard, didn't spray the garage as requested, missed bait traps... and more. Thankfully I was able to verify all these misses with my security cameras. Unfortunately the number of times I have had to call, reschedule and re-coordinate are were no longer worth the value.
Great service! They were able to get us in quickly and were very responsive. Peyton came, did a walk through, laid traps and provided feedback and advice for avoiding issues in the future. Highly recommend!

Brett was awesome. Got rid of our wasps asap and even showed me the pic of the nest and all the babies. He was thorough and super friendly! Will be using this company over and over for sure.
