I love this company. We had a crazy chigger situation (outside and inside our home) after our neighbors cut their very tall grass. 10 out of 10 would recommend It’s Bugs Or Us. Thank you!!!This part is about another bug company that I won’t name…We had to suffer through the chigger infestation for 4 months while another company treated over and over only to eventually admit their product didn’t work on chiggers. Me and my young kids had at least 5 new bites a day. What a nightmare. Bugs Or Us saved the day. Thank you again!!!
I have a log house and had holes being bored in it so I read the perfect review history and called this company.Timothy of Its Bugs or Us visited on time was great, educating me on an insect I’d never heard of. Although I treated the infestation myself I will be keeping this excellent company in my phone because they are clearly interested in high quality customer service and a high standard of service. A solid 5 star experience and Thank you Tim!Edit: I had them out again July 2025 and Sean was just as professional and knowledgeable as Tim, if you have pest control issues you’ve found the right place!
i’ve been with this pest control company for 3 years and although the staff was always friendly, unfortunately their tactics and their product is very poor. product is weak, i’m guessing watered down chemicals because i paid a lot of money over the course of 3 years and every single time i had to get a technician back out to my home to RE-SPRAY! nothing ever worked even though my home was NOT INFESTED with roaches but still quite a bit of activity nothing seemed to ever get rid of them. i wouldn’t waste my money if i were you and seek a professional pest control service provider. i do not recommend bugs or us.
I called and was greeted by Maddy. She took all of the needed information and set my appointment with urgency. Nick was prompt and was very knowledgeable. He gave us peace of mind. The technician that came out was Christina and she was professional and personable. I highly recommend this team for your pest control.I had to add to this review as it is important for anyone seeking bug control. Two weeks later I get a call from the office so that they can do an inspection and reapply for insects. Talking about a great follow up..!! This was done at no additional charge. This time Tim came out and he was just as thorough as Christina. What a great team..!
Nick was so friendly and kind. We were able to get on the schedule within 48 hours for a free inspection! Nick came to do the inspection and was super thorough and honest. My sister was actually the one home since I was working. I gave him a call to get specifics on the issue and quote. He gave me a quote (fantastic price) and then said he actually had enough time to come treat that day! He had left, but turned around and came back to the house and treated right then. So thankful for the peace of mind and extremely fast turnaround! Nick went above and beyond to provide us great service at a super reasonable price. Thank you Nick!
