Extremely knowledgeable, thorough inspector, and shared the results of his inspection in a manner that i could understand. He provided numerous pictures of my attic as evidence of the damage created by the rat visitors and encouraged questions, providing clear responses. He took me through the entire extensive extermination process with absolutely no pressure, but with a sense of the urgency needed. I have no second thoughts or regrets about agreeing to the work and look forward to the results. Plus he loved on my two dogs and was very enjoyable to visit with. Great guy.
Moxie has been a wonderful choice. They are quick to answer my requests for maintenance calls. We hardly have bugs since using them, and we live out in the country! Aaron did a great job and thoroughly explained everything. Couldn’t recommend them more!
I wish I could go zero stars. These people are a sham. Never killed an ant, wasps kept coming back, I had to use the warranty call outs repeatedly. I never had so many fire ants in my yard. For the first ten years I lived here, no fire ant problem. They Just go to Home Depot, get the broadcast fire ant killer, treat it yourself twice a year and you'll have much better results for much less. Called and was repeatedly told they need to come out and treat again (with the same stuff that wasn't working). I am convinced they were putting fire attractant in my yard. Five days after the sixth visit, three huge fire ant mounds in my yard. Save your money and run these shisters out of town.
We had a wasp nest under the eave above the front door. We called Moxie Pest control since we use their service. They are hard workers, professional and with great manners. Before they arrive, they will call and text and let us know that they are coming. Mr. Bryan took care of the wasp nest this time. He asked us to stay inside. After he’s done with the work, he took a clear pic and showed us it’s gone! We appreciate his work and professionalism!
