We have been customers of Official Pest Control for years and love that we receive texts and emails for reminders of when they will be here. Joe always gives a courtesy call before he actually arrives. We have many dogs and we always have to lock them up so our spraying can be done. We put the little dogs in the house and when the doorbell rings, it sounds like a shelter full of little dogs. Joe now texts that he is here, doesn't have to ring the doorbell and it is pretty peaceful while he is here! I love that consideration!!! He then texts when he is done and all is quiet!!! Love Joe!! Oh, and we also dont have any problems with bugs!!! And I really am not sure of our cost, but I think that is what we pay.
Monica did the best she could with the info she was given. She left me a V/M when she arrived apologizing for not making it ealier when I was home. My appt was Mon Jan 26th & I needed to reschedule. I called & was transferred to a supervisor because I was trying to make it for Feb 2nd or later. The supervisor told me the company is no longer scheduling outside of the month your appt is in & no longer pausing service if you have a hardship. She scheduled me Fri. Jan 30th 6am-8am which she lied about. The tech arrived at 10:40 am. The paper hard copy read service 8am-8pm. This isn't the 1st time I was given a time range and the hard copy read different and I have always let it go. I've been with this company well over 5 yrs & I'm going to start calling around after this last incident. I'm seriously considering cancelling service. Again it is the office not the techs everyone that has done my service has been great.
Joe was amazing. Made my home feel like a priority. Was detailed and thorough and thoughtful. Also took the time to explain the service and application being used. I really enjoy Official and would recommend them and Joe to anyone looking for this type of service.
Zack always gives the best service offered and makes sure all is well and that his job is done correctly. He covers all areas needed and makes sure no problem recur and they get resolved. No complaints just nothing but good service and I haven't seen one bug near or in my house since he say tooken over the supervision of Zack and official pest prevention I highly recommend them truly these best service offered. 5 stars for me thank u again Zack for caring for the customer and doing ur job 110% and above truly ur time and efforts are truly appreciated to u and your company.
As always, this is the best pest control company. Robert has been our service tech and he is absolutely wonderful! He’s always polite no matter how miserable the weather may be and I love the fact that he loves animals. ????We have a large property to service and Robert always ensures he does a thorough job.
