Great customer service!! Mark was very professional, friendly, so helpful and very reliable. He took care of our pest issue despite having to come back a few times for the same annoying reason. We called Extermination Parasitex just before Christmas and not only did Marc return our call quickly but was at our house the next day with his thermal machines. He provided an exceptional service throughout the whole non-chemical process. The treatment was VERY efficient and within just a few days, we could « sleep tight » again.
