The original contact/sales (named "Iffie", Ifenyl I think it was) was super friendly and informative, and we just had our first treatment (only a couple days later) by Shahin who was also friendly and professional, asked about any problems we'd seen (ants in our case), and I'm confident that he'll be able to help us get rid of the problem.
