Luke was wonderful, came out to inspect my house after hearing some critters. He did a very thorough inspection on the inside and outside of the house and was very straightforward and clear with recommendations. I have no complaints whatsoever with the entire experience and will definitely contact them in the future with any issues!
We are extremely disappointed with the service provided by Orkin Canada Pest Control.The treatments were completely ineffective. Each time, insects (ants/cockroaches/other pests) returned within one to two weeks — often in even greater numbers. This clearly indicates that the root cause of the problem was never addressed.It feels like this company is not focused on actually eliminating infestations, but rather on keeping clients on a cycle of repeated visits and continuous payments. You can call them every couple of weeks, pay again and again, and still see no real results.Yes, the staff is polite and communication is friendly, but politeness does not solve pest problems. Despite being licensed, the technicians did not demonstrate sufficient expertise or a clear strategy to permanently resolve the issue.Unfortunately, our experience is not unique. Several people we know who used this company also reported no meaningful or lasting results.We are very frustrated and dissatisfied with the quality and effectiveness of the service and cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for a real solution.
Very happy with this service. I had wasps all over our front entrance and another company I called was going to take two days to send someone out just for a quote. Orkin sent someone out within 24 hours of my call and took care of removing the nest. I was quoted a price over the phone imediately. The person sent out to help was very nice. Happy with this company and their fast help.
