We were having a small problem with scheduling an appointment because of previous commitments.Brandon did his best to work with us and gave gave us the information needed to help get a firm date in place.
Your online service was great and very help full. Professional very quick with email response with quotes and booking appointment. Onsite service was just OK. Very disinterested and appointment lasted 10 minutes with 5 bait boxes dropped in basement and garage. I asked about cleaning up old traps and old mouse but he did not do that. $300.00 for first service was disappointing and told to wait 3 months for bait boxes to work. I will be calling if I hear or see rodents in less than 1.....
I had an issue with an appointment that was booked but not kept and when I called about it, it was resolved to my satisfaction within 2-3 hours. Brandon was friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
If there is an option to put 0 star I would do that depending the service and commitment I have been gone through . It's horrible process to catch the right person who will do that do. The managers seems don't know what is your responsibility . Only talking is not your job my dear. You also have to work as per your word. And if you have enough project in your hand and less man power then don't accept bill from new customers and day I don't have people or ignore customers call after sollowing the money. Please have enough training before become a manager for I understand your responsibility towards customer needs.
