We were serviced by the technician by the last name Conor, who really improved our experience. We had some tenant-landlord-technician miscommunication (no fault of his at all) and he fixed our communication issue and ensured we got the exact treatment we needed even though it had been booked differently. He was also very accommodating when we needed an extra few minutes getting out the door. This company is very lucky to have him!
