I previously used this company for bird removal and had a positive experience, so I called again when I heard scratching noises in my attic. The technician climbed on the roof and checked the attic openings and said there were rats, but did not fully enter the attic or identify any entry points. I paid $300 for poison placement, but there was no mitigation plan, prevention guidance, follow-up, or cleanup discussed. Insulation debris was also left on my floor after the visit. Overall, I expected a more thorough inspection, clearer guidance on resolving the issue, and proper cleanup.

Adam has been amazing. He took care of a couple of raccoons sheltering in our attic and was absolutely thorough with the job. Explained everything really well and didnt try to upsell anything. I spoke to a couple of other companies and everyone was simply just trying to upsell stuff that may not have been required to start with. He is an absolute gentleman and his team’s communication is on point as well. Totally recommend his service to anyone looking to engage a pest/wildlife company with quality work at a fair price.

I highly recommend Done Right! I had a problem with squirrels taking up residence on my roof, Adam came out assessed the issue and installed a one way door on the spot. I enjoyed watching the squirrels leave my roof and find a new home elsewhere! When the problem was gone Adam came back removing the door and sealing up any future access.
