Steve from green thermal solutions was amazing! He was understanding and actually wanted to help me and very considerate. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. He also gave me advice and said I can call him anytime if I had anymore questions. He sent me an email with things I had to do to get any treatment done at home. Steve gose above and beyond, he is honest and thoughtful. After calling 7 different people regarding bed bugs, he was by far the BEST person I spoke too. I wouldn't choose to go with anyone else. Cannot recommend Green Thermal Solutions enough! Bed bugs were found in my work office (on a different floor than mine) but the knowledge of their presence still sent me into a spiral. I contacted Green Thermal Solutions on a Sunday night when I couldn’t sleep, and by 10am Monday morning I received a call from Steve. He scheduled me in for a K9 inspection Wednesday morning. Thankfully, no bed bugs were found in my home, which I figured would be the case, but it gave me peace of mind and I appreciate no judgement from the team for my (clear) overreaction. The handler (I’m so sorry I forget his name) and the dog (Brutus) arrived on time within the window I was provided and were very efficient. Thank you so so much to all involved!
Hi,I just wanted to say that Steve and his crew from Green Thermal Solutions are a fantastic company.My Dad who is a senior, currently living by himself ( we lost our mother in June of 2025), had discovered he had a bed bug problem. Unfortunately he didnt know the exent of the issue and they had multipled quite quickly.I called Green thermal solutions after looking through a few places .I needed a company to come in and do the prep and post work as my Dad wouldn't be able too. This also happened a week before Christmas so the timing wasnt great and emotions were running high.Steve replied back to me the same night and we talked and I explained everything to him.He was at my father's house the very next day to meet with him and explain everything.We managed to get it booked for the 23rd of December.Unfortunately, my father had to go to the hospital on the 21st of December, but we were still able to work with Steve to make sure Dads house got the heat treatment and spray.I contacted and called Steve many times throughout the process and he was always patient and understanding and took so much time out of his day to get back to meMy dad also contacted Steve after he came home from the hospital with some questions and concerns and Steve came over to meet with Dad within 30 minutes.We also scheduled a k9 follow up to make sure the house was clear and as of today we got the green light that his house is clear!!I cannot extend or express enough gratitude to him and his team for making this process smooth and worry free.I would recommend this company a thousand percent to anyone who has to deal with such a stressful and emotional situation.
