I don’t usually write reviews, but dealing with Menehune Pest Management was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others.Last December–January they treated my property for dry-wood and subterranean termites. They were responsive while collecting payment and completed the job as scheduled. At the time, I was told the treatment included a 5-year warranty—they would retreat at no cost if any termite activity was found.During a renovation just four months later, my contractors kept discovering fresh frass and live termites. I contacted Menehune to request warranty service. They insisted the owner had to “see it with his own eyes” before honoring the warranty. Nearly four weeks and multiple calls / emails later, no one has shown up. Emails with photos went unanswered.It’s clear they have no intention of backing their warranty, leaving me to pay for another treatment. I feel misled and would advise others to look elsewhere for pest control. Avoid.
Quite unimpressed with quality of service. Guy shows with a pepsi bottle full of liquid used with syringe and a tool to tap on the wall. Was gone in less than 5 minutes. I'd recommend another company, or doing the work yourself.
Herwyn and Alika were the best! They were very patient with me a 62 year old terrified woman with an uninvited rodent in my home. They answered all my questions, explained what they were doing and why.They were very understanding and professional. I would recommend this company.
