We've been customers of Atlus for almost a year. We're very pleased with their services. Technicians always give a call or text with an ETA before they head over - this is very appreciated. Last year I initially reached out to control a sudden ant infestation in our kitchen. I called on a Sunday and they were at our house the next day and the ants were quickly eliminated. I've noticed very few insects in the house since they've been doing their treatments. Since then we've also opted for a termite plan, and recently had a free rodent inspection. The inspection confirmed what we assumed, rat nests in our attic insulation. Chris and the rest of the team came today and had everything done (old insulation removed, attic sprayed, attic entry points patched up and new insulation blown in, all in about 2.5 hours. After they left I noticed the weeping holes on the outside of the house had mistakenly not been addressed. I reached back out to Chris and he came right back and took care of it and encouraged me to reach out to him again if we had any further concerns. I would recommend Atlus to any of my family or friends.

Jaivion was very knowledgeable, understanding, professional and patient with answering all of our questions during our home inspection. Jaivion scheduled a crew to come the very next day for an attic insulation job. Chris and his crew were excellent. Chris checked on us and answered all questions throughout the insulation process. They were courteous of our home and cleaned up after themselves. I've used Atlus for 8 years for their quarterly insect spray service and our current rep Tieza is the best we've had. She pays attention to detail and knows exactly where I want sprayed and where I don't. She always has great energy and is very polite. Great job, to the Atlus team!
