I have been a Lookout (formerly Spray's) customer since 2009. I was a very happy customer and had truly bonded with my technician over the years. I've been unhappy with Lookout for over a year now and as of today, they continue to annoy me. I won't go into why I stopped using their quarterly pest control service. That's old news. Unfortunately I'd already committed to (paid & installed) a termite bond in my home when they upset me. Yes, I could have paid again with another service, but financially it made no sense, so here I stay. This year, I was thoroughly traumatized by the new AI receptionist and she continues to wreak havoc on my life. Okay, that is a bit of a dramatization, but I will say I am annoyed to say the least. Last month I received an email from Lookout notifying me that my annual termite inspection was due. I called a few days later and was introduced to a shoddy at best AI receptionist who I'll refer to as AI henceforth. AI needs her hearing checked. I scheduled for one day, she scheduled for another. I tried to update my address to the only address they should have on file, and AI couldn't get that right. Eventually I got to speak with a live human. I asked her to please update my address (resisting the urge to ask how the wrong address was in the file to begin with). Then I confirmed my appointment which was also wrong, and so she also changed that. Okay, done! Or so I thought. Later that evening...around 7 PM (which annoyed me), I received a call from a technician who told me he was returning my call. No sir, I didn't leave a message for you to call me. Mind you I was still annoyed from the debacle from earlier in the day, so I didn't help him one bit. You could tell he was confused. He finally started asking me some questions about my upcoming appointment...FOR THE WRONG DAY. So, first AI gets it wrong, then the live human gets it wrong. So I am forced to change the appointment for the third time in less than 12 hours. Fast forward to right now (3/9/26 @ approximately 9:00 AM). Today is the day of the big appointment. At approximately 8:30 AM, I got the feeling that Lookout was going to be a no show. Instead of waiting around I called to verify if I was being stood up. I called the number completely bypassing AI (not going to make that mistake a second time), and talked to a pleasant human. And let me say, that I am thankful for pleasant human because had she not been the kind, sweet human that she was, I would have gone off. But get this...today's appointment was rescheduled to the 18th, because the technician isn't in today. Now, guess when I found out this little tidbit? During the call. I had to ask live human to repeat it. Because not only did Lookout, not bother to inform me of the necessary cancellation, they moved it to another day and didn't bother to ask me first. The audacity. Fortunately, I only have to deal with Lookout once per year and when the day comes that I move, I will sever all ties. So, stay tuned: Let's see if the rescheduled appointment happens. Or not. I could literally go either way. ??
Corey was very helpful and made sure we had all of the information about termite control throughout the entire process. Kevin was great with pest/mosquito control and he was prompt with responding and arrived at the time he promised! Highly recommend!

Gage was great! Text me when he arrived. Truck was so quiet my dogs didn't even bark. Turned off the light in my crawlspace and even offered to replace the bulb for me if it needed it. Updated me throughout his visit via text and made a few recommendations for my crawlspace.
