We recently moved into a home that was overgrown with outside vegetation. We paid to have it cut down, recovered as possible or removed. He treated every concern of pests and used various techniques and pesticides to address individual concerns. Jonathon was at my residence for over an hour. He explained what he was doing and what results I could expect. In addition, he advised that if the treatment was not satisfactory after a while, I could call for a reapplication before my next scheduled treatment. I could not have been more pleased with Black Diamonds services and Jonathon’s attention to detail of my needs and concern.
